The top 10 employers paying highest premiums for the top ten workers is in.

The median salary is now $47,937.

That is up $2,200 on last year, according to data from PayScale.

That’s an increase of over 4%.

The average premium for the average worker is now almost $3,000.

That increases by more than 1% to $9,000 per year.
